FAULTY GOODS,
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
In the unlikely event your item is faulty (goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged), we will offer you an exchange free of charge.  If this is the case, please email photos of the lashes and we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

While we know that you will fall in love with your new lashes we understand that sometimes you simply may not, unfortunately however, due to hygiene purposes, we hope you understand that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fault.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

REFUNDS ON FAULTY ITEMS
A refund for any faulty items will be credited to the same method of payment, excluding shipping costs. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. When returning faulty items you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded or registered delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
